This site presents Skinner Media's web-design and photo & film services for custom home builders, shows sample demos and pricing, and lets you send an inquiry or complete an onboarding form.
Any pricing, packages, timelines, and demos shown on this site are estimates and examples for your consideration — not a binding quote or offer. The actual scope, price, and schedule for your project are set out in a separate written agreement between you and Skinner Media before work begins.
The Skinner Media name, and the site's text, design, code, photography, and film, are owned by Skinner Media or used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our permission. Ownership of the work we deliver for a client is governed by that client's separate agreement.
Please use the site lawfully. Don't submit false information, don't attempt to disrupt the site or gain unauthorized access to it, and don't use it to harm others.
The site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We aim to keep information accurate and current, but we don't guarantee it is error-free or always available.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skinner Media is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
